SHIPPING POLICY

  1. Please note that every piece is made to order. Therefore, I will do my best to dispatch your orders within 48 hours (for every order placed between Monday and Friday), unless a different timing has been agreed between both parties. However, the time frame might be longer for any customized orders. Regardless the nature of the order, I will make sure I keep you informed if there are any delays. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been shipped.

     

  2. The place of delivery is the address that the buyer has made known when the order is placed..

     

  3. The shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless mentioned otherwise.

     

  4. International shipping is available (if your country doesn’t appear on the list at checkout, please contact me via e-mail welcome@zoetropbelle.com or via the contact form). The shipping cost is to be selected accordingly. Prices are based on the latest prices list from PostNL.

     

  5. Shipping costs will apply as follows:

    • The Netherlands

      • Free standard shipping on all orders (no tracking)

      • If you wish your order to be tracked regardless the cost of your order, you can choose to upgrade and pay extra for 'Track & Trace' at checkout (I highly recommend that you do so if your order is over €80) = €4.15.
         

    • France

      • Standard shipping = €2.25 (without tracking)

      • If you wish your order to be tracked regardless the cost of your order, you can choose to upgrade and pay extra for 'Track & Trace' at checkout (I highly recommend that you do so if your order is over €100) = €5.70.
         

    • EUR1 (Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Austria, Spain, Sweden)

      • Standard shipping = €4.50 (without tracking)

      • If you wish your order to be tracked regardless the cost of your order, you can choose to upgrade and pay extra for 'Track & Trace' at checkout (I highly recommend that you do so if your order is over €100) = €5.70.

         

    • EUR2 (Greece, Switzerland, UK) - if your country is not listed at checkout, please email me welcome@zoetropbelle.com or through the Contact form)

      • Standard shipping = €6.20 (without tracking)

      • If you wish your order to be tracked regardless the cost of your order, you can choose to upgrade and pay extra for 'Track & Trace' at checkout (I highly recommend that you do so if your order is over €100) = €7.40.

         

    • NON-EU (Australia, New Zealand, Canada, USA, Russia) - if your country is not listed at checkout, please email me welcome@zoetropbelle.com or through the Contact form)

      • Standard Shipping = €9.50(Please note this rate includes a temporary Coronavirus surcharge) (Without Tracking)

      • If you wish your order to be tracked regardless the cost of your order, you can choose to upgrade and pay extra for 'Track & Trace' at checkout (I highly recommend that you do so if your order is over €100) = €11.50.

         

  6. Orders are currently shipped via PostNL, and prices are based on PostNL latest prices list. When delivered, it is advisable to check the contents/quality of the package in front of the delivery man. Zoë Trop Belle declines all responsibility for any delays, theft, loss or damage to the package by PostNL. If the package has been lost during transit, without Track and Trace, Zoë Trop Belle declines all responsibility as there is no possibility to claim the loss to PostNL (no tracking option). In the event that this happens, please contact me via welcome@zoetropbelle.com or via the contact form and we will discuss what the options are.

     

  7. Like I said, if you wish to have your order tracked, please select the relevant shipping option. Otherwise, the order will be shipped at the standard cost, based on the country of destination, without the possibility of being tracked.

     

  8. Please note that deliveries may take longer during Xmas time.
