RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

  1. Zoë Trop Belle accepts returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations, under the following conditions:

    • Contact us within 5 days of delivery via welcome@zoetropbelle.com or our contact form to make your request.

    • We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to return the item.

    • Request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, upon that time, cancellations will not be accepted. Please read our Terms and Conditions to know more about Your Order Cancellation Rights.

    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in all of its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. See below for non-returnable items.

    • Please note that any damage or defect must be communicated to us on the day of the delivery. Please read our Terms and Conditions to know more about damaged package upon arrival.

       

  2. Return postage

    If your return is accepted, it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay for the return postage. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the Buyer is responsible for any loss in value and will only get refunded accordingly.

    You must return the return shipment sufficiently franked to the following address: Zoë Trop Belle, Populierenlaan 58, 1185TA Amstelveen, The Netherlands

    Zoë Trop Belle reserves the right to refuse returned items if the conditions mentioned under our Returns and Refund Policy are not met.

     

  3. Damages and issues 
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately or at least within 5 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please read our Terms and Conditions to know more about damaged package upon arrival.

     

  4. Exceptions / non-returnable items 
    We do not accept returns on Earrings due to hygiene reasons (unless there is a fault). We also do not accept returns on customised / made to order pieces.
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

     

  5. Exchanges 
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have as soon as possible under the conditions mentioned above. When the returned item meet our returns’ requirements, you will receive a promotional code via e-mail that you can use when you place a new order.

     

  6. Refunds 
    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
