1. REPAIRS

Enjoy a one-year warranty on all our jewelry starting from the date of purchase. We cover any manufacturing defects that affect the durability of your piece.

Please note: Everyday wear and tear and the specific characteristics of handcrafted jewelry are not covered by this warranty.

The Authenticity of Handcrafted Jewelry
Each piece is handcrafted, making your jewelry unique in the world! Slight variations in color or shape compared to the website photos are a testament to this artisanal expertise. This is what defines the charm and authenticity of Zoë Trop Belle. Consequently, we only accept returns if the overall aesthetics or the use of the jewelry are significantly impacted.

How to benefit from the warranty?
Depending on the case, we offer a repair or an exchange if the repair is not possible. Please send us an email at welcome@zoetropbelle.com with your proof of purchase, photos of the jewelry, and a brief description of the issue.

Warranty Exclusions:

• Normal wear and tear (scratches, natural oxidation — excluding brass pieces gilded in our workshop, see Section 2).

• Damage due to misuse or improper care (detergents, impact/shocks).

• Handling errors, modifications, or unauthorized repair attempts.

2. GOLD PLATING MAINTENANCE

For our brass jewelry gilded in our workshop, we offer a complimentary gold plating maintenance service during the one-year warranty period.

​

Beyond this period, this service remains available for a fixed plating fee.

​

Please note: This service is only possible for raw metal elements. Jewelry featuring pearls, gemstones, cords, or inseparable chains cannot be submerged in the gold bath as the process may damage the whole piece of jewelry.
